The occupation forces made many attempts to locate the hospital built in the gorge by Slovenian partisans, but all of them were unsuccessful. During its operation, the secret hospital was constantly being improved, while the entrance to it was hidden in the forest, for safety reasons even the wounded were brought here blindfolded.
Its highest peak Cvijićev vrh, named after geologist and biologist Jovan Cvijić, has an elevation of 1,132 meters above sea level. It has several other peaks over 1000 m: Srednji Šturac, Mali Šturac, Molitve, Paljevine and Marijanac. Rudnik literally means 'mine' in Serbian, apparently referring to the mountain's rich mineral resources

Rosomača Canyon, also known as Rosomača Pots, is a small river canyon hidden near the village of Slavinja in the Balkan Mountains. The canyon was created by the intrusion of the river flow into the rock mass of the mountain. The layered edges of the rock create an impression of cauldrons and pots, hence the canyon's nickname.
It is one of the largest lakes in the country, with 318 hectares of land under its surface. In appearance, it somewhat resembles Norwegian fjords. Like most other bodies of water, it appeared in this area due to the melting of glaciers. It is “fed” by karst springs and small rivers. The peculiarity of this Slovenian landmark is that the lake is home to many different species of fish. If you like fishing, then you are guaranteed a great catch.

They produce wines from both classic grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Noir, etc., and from autochthonous local Procupac. Triglavski narodni park is considered one of the oldest protected areas. At the beginning of the park area, you can see a small pond formed by former glaciers. The landscape of the described area is considered ideal, it is not spoiled even by structures built by man. The expanses of the national park are inhabited by arkharovtsy, to them a monument was erected on a large stone.
Rtanj is a mountain situated in eastern Serbia, approximately 200 km southeast of Belgrade, between the towns of Boljevac on north and Sokobanja on the south. It belongs to the Serbian Carpathians. Its highest peak is Šiljak (1,565 m), a natural phenomenon of karst terrain.
