She lured him to the gorge and asked him to search for berries, where she pushed him into the abyss.

Čičmany village

Kromeriz Castle and Pleasure Gardens

Bone Church of Kutna Hora

Sedlec Ossuary, or the Bone Church, is a rather unique and unusual landmark that cannot be missed when visiting The Czech Republic. The church is decorated with more than 40,000 human skeletons. These bones were artistically arranged into chandeliers, garlands, a coat of arms, and other intricate designs by a 19th-century woodcarver, František Rint.

Evoluon
Netherlands, Eindhoven

Evoluon was commissioned by technology company Philips in 1966. The building’s unusual UFO-style structure has made it an iconic landmark of Eindhoven. The building was designed with care by Frits Philip and required careful calculations to support the 77-metre concrete dome.

Göbekli Tepe

Göbekli Tepe is an ancient archaeological site located in southeastern Turkey, considered the oldest known example of monumental architecture, dating back to around 9600–8200 BCE. Featuring massive stone pillars arranged in circular formations, intricately carved with animal motifs, the site is believed to have served a ritual or religious purpose, predating settled agriculture and pottery.

The Castle Gardens of Arcen

The garden is split into many smaller themed gardens, including a mountain garden with rock formations and waterfalls, and Mediterranean Casa Verde which houses the country’s oldest fig tree.

Vlkolínec

A place untouched by modern buildings, as well as a beautiful primeval example of Carpathian architecture – the village-museum Vlkolínec. The village consists of two streets and 45 wooden houses, and the population of Vlkolínec is 35 residents. The most convenient way to get to this village is from the city of Ružomberok.

Demänovská Cave of Liberty

The Demanovska Cave of Freedom is part of a huge underground karst complex. Here you can admire the vaults of huge halls decorated with stalactites, as well as amazing underground rivers and a clear lake. The cave is recommended for people suffering from allergies. The underground microclimate has therapeutic properties.

Lake Beleu

Lake Beleu is the largest natural lake in Moldova, located in the Cahul district in the south of the country, within the Prutul de Jos scientific reserve. It is an ancient relic of the Danube Delta, 5-6 thousand years old, known for its rich bird fauna, especially pelicans, and waterfowl, making it an important site for naturalists and ornithologists.

Dobšiná Ice Cave
Slovakia, Smizany

This interesting place is located on the territory of a nature reserve in the Low Tatras. The ice cave is one of the most interesting and largest, so it was included in the UNESCO list. Just imagine, the layers of frozen water in some halls reach a thickness of 25 m, and all this was formed over many centuries. The ice here is formed by cascades, columns, huge clusters of crystals and stalactites are visible everywhere.
