The White Cliffs on the island of Møn are one of Denmark's most impressive landscapes. The limestone cliffs stretch for six kilometres along the coast and reach 120 metres above sea level at their highest point. The cliffs are covered in forests, where you can find rare plants, such as more than 20 species of orchids. If you go a little further from the coast, you can find the Liselund Nature Reserve, which is ideal for hiking and cycling.

This lighthouse on top of a 60-metre cliff on the North Sea coast was built in the late 19th century. Over time, strong winds and soil erosion created a huge sand dune around it. The sand swallowed up the trees and houses around the lighthouse, and eventually the entrance to the lighthouse itself. The last signal from Rubjerg Knud was given in 1968.

For almost a century, the Kingdom of Denmark has had a national symbol – the Little Mermaid. This literary character, once created by Hans Christian Andersen, has long been associated with this country. The sculpture is located in the port of the capital of Denmark. The Danish castle of Kronborg, located near the town of Elsinore, has long been an object of military and strategic importance for the country. The fortress has changed owners many times, it was either a royal residence or the location of the Elsinore military garrison. The interior decoration consists of various details of the Renaissance era combined with Baroque. It is worth seeing the royal apartments, the main hall and the prison.
