The Danish castle of Kronborg, located near the town of Elsinore, has long been an object of military and strategic importance for the country. The fortress has changed owners many times, it was either a royal residence or the location of the Elsinore military garrison. The interior decoration consists of various details of the Renaissance era combined with Baroque. It is worth seeing the royal apartments, the main hall and the prison.
