Nyhavn+7 495 000-00-00
Along the entire length there are bars, cafes and taverns where you can have a snack after a long walk. The great writer of fairy tales, Hans Christian Andersen, lived in one of the houses on the embankment. The banks are “propped up” by numerous yachts, some of which seem to be from the past. In February 1875, a pedestrian bridge (made of wood) was opened across the canal, and the current one appeared in 1912. It offers a wonderful view of the area, so a typical photo of Nyhavn is taken from here.
