It an extraordinarily beautiful and unspoiled spot with dramatic landscapes of rushing rivers, deep canyons, dense boreal forests, sprawling lakes, rustic wilderness huts and suspension bridges. During the winter it turned into a frozen magical wilderness with temperatures dropping from around -10°C to a very biting -30°C.
