Aukštaitija National Park is located about a hundred kilometers north of Vilnius, covers an area of ​​about 400 square kilometers, and most of its area is covered by forest. The rest of the territory is occupied by mirror lakes, picturesque rivers and streams. The abundance of forests and water bodies creates excellent living conditions for hundreds of species of birds and animals.
